Pinchy Inc was founded to give small and mid-sized Australian businesses access to the same AI infrastructure the big end of town has been quietly running for years — without the consultancy theatre.

I started Pinchy Inc after years of watching small businesses pay big agencies for AI slide decks that never shipped, and watching small AI tools die because nobody wired them into the business properly.
My background is engineering — production systems, autonomous agents, the boring infrastructure that has to keep running at 3am. Pinchy Inc brings that same discipline to the unglamorous problems Sydney small businesses actually have: missed calls, dead websites, manual scheduling, reviews that never get answered.
I personally read every enquiry that comes through this site. I’ll either tell you we can help, or I’ll tell you we can’t and point you somewhere honest.

Slides and roadmaps don't pay invoices. We get a working version into your hands in days, not quarters, then iterate from what real customers do with it.

Honest about the limits of AI
Models hallucinate. Voice agents misunderstand accents. Automations break when an API changes. We design every system to fail loudly, escalate to a human, and keep your business running.

Onshore by default
Servers in AU. Data in AU. Invoicing in AUD. If you need otherwise we'll tell you up front — we don't move things offshore for cost savings without a conversation.

Bundled cheaper than apart
Small businesses don't have time to wrangle five vendors. We price our work so the bundle is genuinely the better deal — never a fake discount on inflated parts.

We’re based in Sydney and we meet clients face to face across the CBD, Inner West and North Shore. Servers and data stay in Australian regions by default. Invoicing in AUD, GST included.
