Who we are
Pinchy Inc Pty Ltd (ABN 18 105 279 579) is a Sydney-based AI consultancy and digital agency operating from Sydney, NSW, AU. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through pinchyinc.cloud and the services we deliver to clients.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you or deliver a service:
- Lead form data. Name, business name, contact details and the notes you choose to share via our “Book a call” form.
- Calendar bookings. If you book a call via our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email and any responses to its prompts; this is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.
- Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Project information. Anything you share with us during an engagement (credentials, business processes, customer data) is treated as confidential and handled per the terms of our engagement.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioural trackers on this site.
How we use it
Personal information is used to:
- respond to enquiries and schedule conversations;
- scope, quote and deliver services you have asked us to perform;
- send you operational messages relating to a live engagement (status updates, invoices, handover docs);
- meet our legal and tax obligations as an Australian Pty Ltd company.
We do not send marketing emails, newsletters or promotional blasts from form submissions.
Disclosure to third parties
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with the small number of service providers we use to run the business:
- Hosting & infrastructure (server hosts, domain registrar, transactional email provider) — bound by their own privacy obligations.
- Calendly for scheduling, where you have chosen to use it.
- Accounting & tax providers as required to invoice and meet ATO obligations.
- Government or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
Storage, location & security
Lead data submitted through this site is stored on Australian-hosted infrastructure. We use TLS in transit, least-privilege access controls, and retain personal information only for as long as needed to deliver the service or meet our legal obligations — typically seven years for financial records, and the duration of the engagement plus a short follow-up window for general correspondence.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Cookies & tracking
pinchyinc.cloud uses functional cookies only (e.g. for session state and security). There are no advertising or analytics cookies. The site does not require a consent banner because no behavioural tracking is performed.
Your rights
Under the APPs you may, at any time:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- request that we correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
- request that we delete personal information we no longer need to hold;
- make a complaint about how we’ve handled your personal information.
Email us at hello@pinchyinc.cloud and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. For substantive changes affecting active clients, we’ll notify you by email.
